One Pot Keto Sesame Chicken And Broccoli


Ingredients:
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
12 ounces broccoli florets
¼ cup coconut aminos, or soy sauce
1 tablespoon avocado oil (I use this brand)
1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions:
  • First of all. Place the broccoli florets in a microwave safe bowl with 1 tablespoon of water and cover with a damp paper towel.
  • Next step is, Microwave for 2 minutes until the broccoli is just becoming tender.
  • After that, In a small bowl, mix the coconut aminos and arrowroot powder and set aside
